Shipping & returns
Shipping is free to every country, on every order, with no minimum spend. The $89 price is the total price of the harness delivered to your door.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 local time ship the same working day; everything else ships the next working day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Customs and duties
Any import duty or local tax charged by your country is the recipient's responsibility. Orthopaedic devices are duty-free in many jurisdictions; we declare the harness accurately as a medical device so that exemptions can be applied where they exist.
Returns
Unopened, unused harnesses can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a harness that has been worn, unless it arrived faulty.
Faults and wrong sizes
If a harness arrives damaged or the size is wrong, email us with a photograph within 14 days and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost — you do not need to return the original first.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will reship. We never ask a family to wait on a courier investigation while a baby needs treatment.
