A Pavlik harness is a medical device. It must be fitted, and the flexion and abduction angles set, by the clinician treating your baby, with ultrasound confirming the hip is seated in the socket. Never begin treatment, change strap settings, or continue wear without imaging and clinical supervision.

- Yes. You can order the harness directly for $89 with free worldwide shipping. It must still be fitted and its strap angles set by your treating clinician, with ultrasound confirming the hip position.
- Do I need a prescription?
- No prescription is required to purchase, but the harness should only be worn under the care of a clinician treating your baby's hip dysplasia.
- How fast does it ship?
- Orders placed on a business day ship within 24 hours. Delivery is typically 3-6 days in the US and 4-12 days elsewhere, tracked and free.
- Which size should I order?
- Measure your baby's chest under the armpits: 33-38 cm Small, 38-44 cm Medium, 44-50 cm Large. Choose the larger size if between two.
- Can I return it?
- Unused harnesses in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons a worn harness cannot be returned.
